BOARDING THE GREY III

• Check in at Hotel Lago Grey navigation desk, one hour before every departure.
• We walk for about 200 meters to the dock. We approach our shuttle boat to the Catamaran Grey III.
• Our shuttle boat is subject to weather conditions. If the shuttle boat does not depart, the passengers have to walk for around 45 minutes from Guardería Pingo to the catamaran (2 Kms).
• All navigations from March 1st, 2018 to October 31st, 2018, will only depart with a minimum of 15 passengers.
• Third Navigation from Refugio Grey to the Hotel does not visit the Glacier.
• The zodiac boat that goes between the hotel and the catamaran is not available in the low season (May-September). In high season (November-March) this boat is subject to the weather conditions and can only be confirmed in the moment of check in.
• Turismo Lago Grey reserves the right to suspend boat excursions at any moment if changes in the weather conditions affect the safety of the trip.
• If the boat trip is not confirmed with the minimum number of passengers or is cancelled because of weather conditions. Your payment will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
• Turismo Lago Grey does not accept responsibility for additional costs caused by the cancelation of our boat excursions.
